Welcome to TradeShout. This website is operated by JMTRA Group Ltd, based in Tauranga, New Zealand. By accessing or using tradeshout.co.nz you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the site.

To use TradeShout you must be at least 18 years old, reside in New Zealand, and provide accurate and complete registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. TradeShout reserves the right to reject or suspend any account that does not meet these requirements.

3. Scope of Services

TradeShout provides an online marketplace connecting tradespeople, businesses, and individuals for the purpose of buying, selling, advertising services, and finding or posting employment opportunities. TradeShout acts as an intermediary only and is not a party to any transaction between Users. We do not endorse, verify, or guarantee the quality, legality, or suitability of any listing or User.

4. Account Registration

By registering you agree to provide accurate information, maintain confidentiality of your login credentials, and notify us immediately of any unauthorised access. Each User is permitted one personal account. Multiple accounts under different identities are strictly prohibited. TradeShout reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

5. Listings & Advertising

All listings must be accurate, truthful, and comply with New Zealand law. Listings must be relevant to the trades industry. The following items are strictly prohibited from being listed on TradeShout:

6. Prohibited Conduct

You must not use TradeShout to engage in fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive behaviour, post spam or unsolicited messages, harass or abuse other Users, attempt unauthorised access to accounts or platform systems, infringe the intellectual property rights of others, scrape or harvest data from the platform, or circumvent fees or platform restrictions. Violations may result in listing removal, account suspension, or referral to relevant authorities.

7. Payments & Fees

Fees for listings and promotions are clearly displayed at the time of listing creation. All fees are in New Zealand dollars and inclusive of GST where applicable. TradeShout reserves the right to modify fees at any time with notice provided via the platform or email. Users who fail to pay applicable fees may have their accounts suspended. 8. Cancellations & Refunds

Refunds for transactions are handled directly between buyers and sellers. TradeShout does not mediate payment disputes unless explicitly stated. Platform listing fees may be considered for refund on a case-by-case basis — contact us at hello@tradeshout.co.nz with full details for review.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks, and graphics on TradeShout are the property of JMTRA Group Ltd or its licensors. By posting content on TradeShout you grant JMTRA Group Ltd a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform. You warrant that your content does not infringe the rights of any third party. If you believe your intellectual property has been used without authorisation, contact us at hello@tradeshout.co.nz.

10. Limitation of Liability

TradeShout operates on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, JMTRA Group Ltd accepts no liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986.

11. Amendments to These Terms

TradeShout reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via the platform or email. Continued use of the site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
